Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Master Phil mobile application ("we", "our", "us", "the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is not directed to children under 13, and you must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including when signing in via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its underlying systems.
• Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App or its content without permission.
• Use the App to upload or share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

4. Subscriptions & Purchases

• The App offers in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., weekly, monthly, yearly plans) that unlock premium content such as structured training programs, self-defense tutorials, and exclusive video workouts.
• All purchases and subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and are subject to their respective terms and payment policies. We do not process or store your payment card details.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their own refund policies; we do not directly process refunds.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All training content, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other materials in the App are owned by or licensed to Master Phil and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use this content for personal, non-commercial use only, through the App as intended.

6. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (including Firebase, Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, CleverTap, RevenueCat, Superwall, and AWS) to operate. Your use of features powered by these services may also be subject to their own terms.

7. Disclaimer

The App provides fitness, strength training, and self-defense instructional content for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. You use any training content and techniques at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Phil and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any injury resulting from following training or self-defense content provided in the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
