This Privacy Policy explains how Master Phil ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

• Account information: name, email address, and profile details you provide when creating an account, including via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
• Usage & analytics data: app interaction and engagement data, collected via CleverTap, to help us understand feature usage and improve the App.
• Push notification data: a device token used to deliver notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Subscription & purchase data: subscription status and purchase history, processed via RevenueCat and Superwall. Payment card details are handled directly by Apple App Store / Google Play and are never seen or stored by us.
• Location data: if you grant permission, approximate or precise location may be used to power map-based features within the App.
• Content you provide: information submitted through coaching, event, or feed features of the App.

2. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
• To provide core App features (courses, events, coaching, feed, map-based content).
• To process and manage subscriptions and purchases.
• To send push notifications related to your account or App activity.
• To analyze usage and improve App performance and features.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each of which may collect and process data under their own privacy policies:

• Firebase (Google) — push notifications and app infrastructure.
• Google Sign-In / Apple Sign-In — authentication.
• CleverTap — product analytics and engagement.
• RevenueCat and Superwall — subscription and paywall management.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — secure storage of app content and media.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, as necessary to operate the App, or where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6. Your Choices

• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by contacting us (see below).
• You can disable location or notification permissions at any time via your device settings.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Terms of Use

Use of the App is also governed by our separate Terms of Use, which cover subscriptions, acceptable use, and other conditions of using the App.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
